A. MINIMUM AGE

A minor under the age of 18 or under the age of 21 in the States of Alabama, Mississippi, Nebraska, and Wyoming may not become a user member and is prohibited from using our site.

B. MEMBERSHIP

To either bid or buy out you will need to register as a member and abide by this User Agreement. You will need to choose a user name and a password. You will need to provide your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information. Your membership is personal to you and is nontransferable.

C. BIDDING INCREMENTS

Each bid must be in whole U.S dollar amounts. A bid must exceed the current highest bid by one dollar or the automatic increments shown for the item.

E. AUTO-BID

E. SHIPPING TIMELINE AND CARRIER

Purchased item(s) are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after your full payment is received. During peak seasons, rings requiring sizing, items requiring additional appraisals or gemological reports may take up to 10 days to ship. Any delays, lost, damaged or stolen items while in transit are the sole responsibility of the shipping company. Both domestic and international orders are shipped by Fed Ex. A physical residence or business address is required for delivery.

F. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Credit cards can only be used for within the United States. Purchases shipped outside the United States may be subject to taxes and/or customs duties and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Wire transfer only for international purchases (72 hour hold). Contact customer service.

H. TRACKING SHIPMENTS

Tracking numbers are stored in your member's account summary.

I. REQUIRED SIGNATURE

An authorized recipient signature is required for delivery. If you or your designee are unavailable your shipment will remain with the shipper for further delivery.

J. UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES

Packages that are undeliverable or are refused by the customer and subsequently returned to Ubidorbuy.com will be automatically assessed a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping costs and return shipping charges, customs duties or any other costs or fees, if any; will be deducted from the reimbursement and is exclusive of the aforementioned restocking fee.

K. RETURN POLICY

In the event you received merchandise which was not substantially described in the item listing, you are entitled to receive 100% money back guarantee. There is a maximum 15 business day window for any returns for any reason. Ubidorbuy must receive an email in regards to any return within the 15 working day period. ondition, not worn or altered with all original documents enclosed. For any other reason and if returned

within 15 days of

your receipt of the shipment you may choose a return credit (credit expires at the end of two years) for the full purchase price minus shipping and handling($20 to $70) or opt for a money refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee, shipping and handling($20-$70).

Before returning merchandise you must email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We do not accept packages that that do not have a RMA number.

L. LOST PACKAGES

You must email us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. The estimated delivery date is provided from the shipper and then relayed to you via email.

A. RING SIZING

If the item in the listing shows "Ring Sizing Available" we can resize the ring. Email us the item number and the ring size and we will let you know of the cost. The item listing will also include the range in which the ring can be properly resized. Resized rings are not eligible for refunds. Expect an additional 2 day delay in delivery.

B. JEWELRY APPRAISALS

Jewelry appraisals are free with every purchase. The appraisal includes color photographs, contents, weights, quality, and retail replacement value of your purchase.

C. GIFT WRAPPING

Each item will be shipped with a jewelry pouch, or jewelry box, gift bag, and gift card if so desired. A selection of gift cards for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, birthday, Christmas, and anniversary will be included in your package.

A. SITE OR AUCTION TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

If a technical problem occurs to our site or an auction(s) Ubidorbuy.com reserves the right at any time to cancel, stop and/or restart the site and/or auction. If purchases have not been shipped any and all payments will be returned to the user member when caused by technical problems.

Items for bid are without a reserve, a public low minimum bid amount or an equally low secret reserve price. Ubidorbuy.com selects one of these

options to encourage serious bidders.

D. PRICE COMPARISONS

We estimate a retail price range in the description of the jewelry pieces. The highest retail price in the range represents the highest retail price of the department store or chain store jeweler. Estimated values can vary widely.
