delays, lost, damaged or stolen items while in transit are the sole responsibility of the shipping company.

Both domestic

and international orders are shipped by Fed Ex. A physical residence or business address is required for

delivery.

F. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Purchases shipped outside the United States may be subject to taxes and/or customs duties and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Wire transfer only for international purchases(72 hour hold).

J. UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES

Packages that are undeliverable or are refused by the customer and subsequently returned to Ubidorbuy.com will be automatically assessed a 20% restocking fee.

Before returning merchandise you must email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We do not accept packages that that do not have a RMA number.
